Ut Tay Traditional Craft Wine Establishment is a renowned name in Vietnam, specializing in artisanal spirits produced using time-honored traditional methods. With over 50 years of experience, Ut Tay has built a prestigious reputation for the exceptional quality and unique character of our products.
Beyond production, our facility is a captivating tourism destination in the Mekong Delta. Visitors can enjoy immersive tours to gain a deeper understanding of the traditional wine-making process—from raw material harvesting to distillation and aging. Furthermore, guests have the opportunity to savor our exquisite spirits in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Production Process
At Ut Tay, every bottle is a labor of love. Our production process is entirely handcrafted, strictly adhering to ancient artisanal techniques. Our master distillers are highly skilled in selecting the finest grains and managing the fermentation process to ensure high-quality output.
Our 5-Step Traditional Process:
Grain Selection: Carefully selecting premium raw materials, typically rice, cassava, or corn.
Yeast Preparation: Grains are prepared to create a natural starter culture.
Fermentation: The yeast is mixed with the grains and left to ferment for a precise duration.
Distillation: Once fermentation is complete, the mixture is distilled to extract the pure spirit.
Aging: The wine is aged in wooden barrels or traditional clay jars to develop its signature aroma, smooth taste, and distinct color
